Charlie’s Table Oasis is an information-based non-profit, with the goals of creating a community of people who have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, their families and friends, and creating solutions to perceived unmet needs of the gluten-free community at large.
At inception and for the foreseeable future, Charlie’s Table Oasis is funded by Charlie’s Table, Inc.
Legally, Charlie’s Table Oasis is a division of Survivorship A to Z, Inc. (“SAZ”) SAZ was created in 2001 to provide a core of practical, legal and financial information for people diagnosed with a serious health condition and their caretakers. Information with respect to specific health conditions is contained in guides on the website which link to core information as needed. Current specific disease guides include HIV, Breast Cancer and Colorectal Cancer.

Since inception, Charlie’s Table Oasis does not accept advertising. Future financial decisions will be made in conjunction with the input of the community.
